True Korean fried chicken. The one that you know from the streets of Seoul. We have to admit that for our vegetarian crew it was real fun to work on something like that.
We came up with the name "Kim Chi Ken" and now we want to introduce Ken to the world. We wanted to combine something that we all knew - people dressed in funny costumes to promote different places and - as always - we wanted to do something more in gastronomy. Especially at this moment, that's the field that needs to show more than just a great menu.


Finding a good name was a really tricky job
